Tea is my happy place
My tea journey began several years ago when I was trying to get a handle on my life. I was overweight, stressed out and was looking for a better way to navigate the direction of where I wanted my life to go.
I thought the first simple step to starting a healthier lifestyle was to increase my fluid intake. Tea has an abundance of healing properties, keeps you hydrated, and tastes delicious. I found that the taste and the aromatic fragrances of the tea were soothing to me. It was like overnight my hydration increased and my mood was improving one sip at a time.
As my love for all things tea started to grow, I started exploring with various blends and wanted to share my love for tea with those around me...
